These guidelines were developed as a part of Jaya Mental Health’s Burdett funded mentorship project in Nepal. The guidelines are for nurses, employers, and educators. Jaya Mental Health hope they will help foster more mentorship programmes and ultimately contribute to stronger nursing leadership wherever they are used.
