Nursing Mentorship Implementation Guidelines – a simple yet valuable model designed to support the implementation of mentorship frameworks in resource-constrained healthcare settings. These guidelines were developed as a part of Jaya Mental Health’s Burdett funded mentorship project in Nepal. The guidelines are for nurses, employers, and educators. Anyone interested in strengthening nursing in low-and middle-income countries may find them useful.
