Neighbourhood Health: Community Engagement Awards – Successful Projects Announced The Burdett Trust for Nursing has awarded over £78,000 through its Neighbourhood Health Engagement Awards, supporting a diverse range of nurse led projects working alongside communities to reduce health inequalities and improve access to care. “Nurse led, neighbourhood approaches have the potential to transform health, enabling people to stay well for longer.
